I have paid extra 2000/- at the time of IPCC registration and now I am registering as articles in online.
I was asked to pay 2000/- again instead of set off
what I have to do now?

When you Initially paid all fees including 2000 for Articleship then you need not to pay it again.
I think you should fill the offline form and attach the payment slip of IPCC Registration and then you can get yourself registered without any extra payment.
