no sir 26AS and TDS claim amount and TDS is same

I have section 44 ADA income as well as TCS deducted vide section 206CQ. I can't file ITR-2 and while filing ITR-4 I am getting this same error message "Error in external validation rule: Rule 37BA" while submitting json file. 

Can anyone pls help?

I had an error post submitting the ITR. The error shown is RULE-37BA_2022_004 and asking me to upload some JSON file while confirming the error. Which JSON file do they mean?
