According to sub section 2 of Section 1 of this app. GST is not applicable to Jammu and Kashmir but I think GST is applicable to whole of India.
Please suggest.

As per Section 1 (2) of GST act....
"(2) It extends to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir*.
*Except the State of Jammu and Kashmir means GST and it's laws not applicable from the 1st day of July 2017...
It's applicable after the notification and the acceptance of the govt of Jammu and Kashmir...
