In Mvat audit form 06-07. we have to give details of sale not supported by form C/H/F
Whether we have to give list only or we have to pay the tax liability before filing the Mvat Audit Report in Form no.704 for the financial year 2006-2007.

Hi!
Well I do not know the Notification regarding extension of VAT Audit due date. However, the final date for High Court verdict on the case relating to allowance of VAT Audit to be done by Sales Tax Practioners is on 22.02.2008.
