THEY SHOULD SIR, BECAUSE OF CHANGE OF SINGLE PAGE SARAL 2D TO 30 PAGES ITR5. STILL, DON'T YOU THINK THAT OUR INSTITUTE SHOULD TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH ICAI, AS IT DID IN PREVIOUS YEAR IN THE REIGN OF CA T.N MANOHARAN.

Your view point is right. We all welcome it !!
Our institute is always with us. Our past President Shri TN Manoharan is great person who did his level best for the prosperity of our insatitute. Likewise, our present President Shri Sunil Talati is sincerely working for the betterment of our institute. We should alway remember the words of our President which are as follows:

I Salute My Institute
I Respect My Council
I am proud to be a Chartered Accountant.......
Let us hope for the extension of time and in case if our FM declines the same, we must be ready to file our returns intime any way.

May not be extended. FM from our past observations seems very rigid on thesematters without taking into account the groundlevel problems of auditors and clients. Do not harp any hopes

i do not think there would be extension in date : they have also did not extended 31 st july. if they hav any intention to extension they would have extended when they extended for bihar....
