Hello, as we all knw due date of filing TAR is extended to 31/10/2013, my confusion is, whether due date of filing ITR is also extended automatically or it is still 30/09/2013. i hv read some where that ITR can be filed only after filing TAR.
Pls reply me for the same asap. thanks in advance.
Extension is in terms of only TAR. Whereas ITR has the same time limit as of 30th September.
You can however manually file TAR with respective jurisdictional Assessing officer.
So technically you have to file ITR and TAR online before 30th September and only TAR is available to manually file till 31st October.
sorry for submitting dis forum. there was some misunderstanding in my opinion. audit report is to be finalized upto 30/09/2013. the relaxation is only for uploading online.
