Extension of due date -reg

Dear frds / experts,
I missed Dec 31st.......due date to file IT return for company for f.y.2021-22. Is there any chance to file this return? Do they extend time for this??? plz kindly reply.

You can file an updated return (ITR-U) under section 139(8A) of the Income Tax Act. This allows you to file a revised return with additional taxes within two years from the end of the relevant assessment year.

There has been no extension. However you can choose to file ITR - U with additional taxes within 2 years from the end of relevant assessment year.

Try to file updated return under section 139(8A).

You can visit IT dept for revised return
