Extension of articleship under same principal

I completed my articleship on 4th Jan, 2018. After submitting form 108 I received letter from institute on 2nd Feb that I have taken excess leave of 17 days. I want to serve extension under same CA. Pls guide me whether I should submit form 107 Or 102 & 103?

you have to fill form 102 and 103.
