I have the same issue. My tenure ends on 18th March 2011 but I don't think that my SIR will sign my form unless and until I complete the said period.
What should I do after my "on paper date" comes?
Also after my termination where should I get my exam forms signed and stamped? Can I use the sign of another CA who is a member of the institute?
Hi Jyoti your own calculation is correct. you need to work only 92 days.

I have completed my articleship on 16/01/2012. I had taken a leave of 423 days during my articleship period which was from 17/07/2008 to 16/01/2012 (1281 days). So my working days is 858 days and I am allowed a leave of 1/6th of 858 days i.e. 143 days.
Hence my excess leave is 280days. But days of examinations of my PCC (4attempts*6subjects) 24days is included in Leaves and ITT period of 25days is not considered. These 49 days will be excluded from my leave and so my excess leave would be 231days for which the extention would be 17/01/2012 to 03/09/2012. But while submitting the form 107, the days of leave is mentioned as 423 and ICAI has sent a letter stating the excess days of leave is 278 days so the extention period is 17/01/2012 to 20/10/2012 and thus to rectify the dates.
So pls let me know what actually should be changes in Form 107?
Whether the leaves days i.e from 423days to 374 days or
the dates which ICAI has mentioned i.e. 17/01/2012 - 03/09/2012 to 17/01/2012 - 20/10/2012?
