I have served my extension of 387 days (article ship) and I mentioned 50 leaves in 108.
now I got a Termination letter and more extension of 50 days.
what to do now?

Call to students wing of ICAI or use e sahayata for same, if they provide you a remedy that will help
During extension period u r not allowed any one leave... Bcz u already take that excess leaves... So now u hv to served....
NO OTHER OPTION, YOU WILL HAVE TO SERVE 50 DAYS EXTRA
in my total articleship period I have allowed only 101 days leave ?? it should be 182 days
Then how ur training is extended... When u took less leave as compared to total leave allowed 155
I served 3 years which had 488 leaves and got extension of 387 days
means 488-387=101 allowed as leave
then I served 387 days which have 50 leaves ,,,,,should be a;llowed
During extension period no leave allowed... I don't know how ur training is extended with 387 days... But when u r serving ur extended leave period then how leave allowed during that period
articleship duration is 365*3=1095
served 1095-488=607
allowed leaves is Served / 6 ( 607/6 =101)
extension 488-101=387

Its ur fault that u took so much leaves... So allowed leaves comes to only 101 days... Allowed leave is only 1/6th of period served... In ur 3 yrs training u took 490 leaves... Talk to ur principal why they show now 50 days leave during extension period...
So,,, what should I do now?
should I send form 107 (from the next date of termination) and 108 togethor?

Yes or u can served with another CA also... If ur principal is ready to sign just file form 107 for 50 days also... And after some days file form 108...don't file both form together
