Extension in Capital gain account scheme

I had sold a residential house property in 2019 and kept the gain in CGAS account for construction of house property.
But because of some reason i cant invest the money in the 3 years.

Can i get extension over 3 years period if having justified reasons.
if yes what is the procedure


please guide me on the issue.
