extension form ?????

After getting name approval you have to submit the documents for incorporation within 2 months.

Within 60 days from the date of approval, you have to file Form 1AR for extension.

First you login in MCA Portal, under services, you cand find apply for Company name renewal, select that and enter SRN of Form 1A, verify the form and pay the fees.

What is the recourse if the period is expired and want to get same name.
