Exports as merchant exporter
if I exports mobile phones as merchant exporter can I get duty drawback if the same I would exports with LUT or Bond with or without payment of tax can I get the same?

As a merchant exporter, you can claim Duty Drawback, but it is restricted to the Customs component (Basic Customs Duty) if you are also claiming a refund of GST (ITC or IGST). You cannot claim the full "composite" duty drawback if you avail of any GST-related refunds.
