Export to Nepal
If I export goods to Nepal / Bhutan do I need to Pay IGST & Claim refund later or such export is wholly Exempt ?

EXPORT TO NEPAL/BHUTAN WOULD BE TREATED AT PAR WITH OTHER EXPORTS.
2 OPTIONS : 1)ISSUE LUT WITHOUT PAYMENT OF DUTY OR
2) PAY IGST AND AVAIL REFUND

Export to Nepal Bhutan is exempt and not zero rated, but assessee can claim refund of input used
No Sir Mayur it's only Export of Service which is Exempt and Export of Goods is Zero Rated
