Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the process of deemed exports when goods are supplied to a shipping company for overseas export, even without an IEC code. It explains that such transactions can be treated as 'Deemed Export Invoices' at a 0.1% GST rate. The advice covers how to correctly declare these invoices in GSTR-1 by ticking the 'Deemed Export' checkbox.

You can treat the Invoice as "Deemed Export Invoice" at the rate of 0.1% and You can make tick of the check box "Deemed Export" in GSTR-1 for the corresponding Invoice. The concept of "Deemed Export" is that you can make the supply of goods to the "Exporter" and then "Exporter" make the Export of goods...

Thanks very much sir

One more question sir,

They sent the product "NOT FOR SALE "

but they put some value for that goods (e.g 100000/-) and pay tax igst 0.1%

is it correct?

No,You can raise a Deemed Export Taxable Invoice @ 0.10% to them and they are Exporter of Goods...
