Sir we are registered gst person, but we don't have I E C . We sent goods to other state to a shipping company. then  they are the one who export the goods to overseas. Now they asking 0.1% lut gst rate for that value in that invoice. Is it correct sir? How we declare this invoice in gstr1 sir . Kindly

You can treat the Invoice as "Deemed Export Invoice" at the rate of 0.1% and You can make tick of the check box "Deemed Export" in GSTR-1 for the corresponding Invoice. The concept of "Deemed Export" is that you can make the supply of goods to the "Exporter" and then "Exporter" make the Export of goods...

Thanks very much sir

One more question sir,

They sent the product "NOT FOR SALE "

but they put some value for that goods (e.g 100000/-) and pay tax igst 0.1%

is it correct?

No,You can raise a Deemed Export Taxable Invoice @ 0.10% to them and they are Exporter of Goods...
