we receivable amount foreign currency against service provide to out side India as per gst such service under zero rated
but I m not confirm please guide LUT is applicable for such service or directly issue invoice zero rated

No, if u want to export with zero rated, then u have to apply for LUT, or otherwise u have to export with payment of tax
As per Section 16 IGST Act : Zero Rated sale is Treated as Export sale .
Export sale (Zero Rated sale ) is done with payment of Tax & Without Payment of Tax .If you have filed LUT then can export without payment of Tax , else have Charge IGST on bill
