Export procedures

Dear Sir,

For Factory Stuffing, you will have to obtained Factoty Stuffing permission from Custom Port (from where you want to export your goods) and from your Excise Division Office.

At the time of Export, you will have to give written intimation to your range superintendent that you want to export this much number of conatiner under factorty stuffing. He will depute an Inspector for this. And you will have to take Seal from your Range Office. Then before taking Contianer inside your Plant, you will have to intimate your Inspector on Mobie. After getting confirmation from your inspector you will take Container inside your plant.

Then agian after stuffing container but before seal you will intimate your inspector and have to seal the container under inspector supervision. Your ARE-1 and Custom invoice will be signed by the Inspector and Superintendent. Then you can take out your container.
