1) if IGST paid at time of export you have charge in invoice as out put IGST @ % or if you exported with LUT / Bond (without payment of IGST) you can not show gst in Invoice .
2) you download offline utility of GSTR1 form GSTN potral , wherein summary of export you will find port code , shipping bill no and date .
