Few vegetables are exempt from tax and few are taxable.
If the vegetables you are exporting are exempt, then dont collect tax and for the vegetable attracts tax, take the LUT and dont collect any taxes while exporting. Also you are eligible for claiming refund of Input tax credit. For any queries mail to caankithjain @ gmail.com.
When exporting you don't collect tax from your customers. Moreover fresh vegetables are exempt from gst.
Vegetables if required are all exempted unless packed.
Apply for LUT and no need to pay any GST on export.

ONE QUERY :-

If only export of GST Exempted Vegetables are carried on, is it LUT necessary to claim refund of Input Tax Credit ?

LUT is required for non payment of tax on outward supplies, however ITC refund claimed without LUT.
I understand that if vegitables exported are exempt from tax i need not file LUT ..and i can claim the refund without filing LUT....Is it wright? pls reply
