I hold a LLP in India and seek to provide services across the Globe. What are the registrations that I need to obtain before I start exporting of services and what are the other formalities that one needs to be completed before starting business abroad.
I have some assignments from USA and UK where I am starting to provide my services officially under my LLP.

Export of services is exempted from service tax. If you are providing services in India as well as exporting them, then you need to have a service tax registration. Also you need to obtain various permissions from RBI for inward remittances of foreign currency.
