Dear Experts
We are Manufacturer Exporter of Non excisable Finished goods ( duty is Nil) But for the same we require raw material which is excisable.So we prepare B1 bond & Annexure-1 for removal of goods without payment of duty for export as per notification no.43/2001 C.E (N.T) & prepare ARE-2 while export.
Now my question is we have to prepare Normal Export Invoice or Excise Invoice for export?Currently we prepare only Export invoice.
If we have to prepare Excise Invoice for export,please give me format of the same.
