how to raise the invoice incase of export service (under IGST or CGST & SGST)? service provided in India.

igst will be applicable for export as export has been treated as inter state supplies in GST act. later you can claim IGST from ITC or IGST could be waived off if u can furnish bond or LUT
can igst be collected from buyer in case of export??
as per my understanding only goods to export not taxes
same as pre gst but only differnce SAC code to mention of service and GST rate...
