If on Export I had Charged IGST from the Customer do I need to pay it in Cash or Can set off this IGST from ITC available instead if Paying in Cash ?

You can set off the IGST with ITC if there was any IGST purchase made.
But Sirji As Much as I know we can't set it off with IGST ITC available as we demand refund from govt in cash so we have to pay also in cash
you can claim refund for IGST on export.
