I have been here discussing about the facility of pay later option in mca site and its expiry date calculation. In pay later option,we can postpone the payment of fees through online.

Expiry date for the payment through pay later mode is last date for return filing on the same fees showed in the challan or 7 calendar days after the payment date which ever is earlier.

Ministry has introduced ‘Pay Later’ facility w.e.f 20th March 2012 through which user can upload the eForm/ generate SRN for MCA21 services in one step and make the payment at a later point in time using the online payment mode (Credit card or Internet banking).

An eChallan shall be generated by the system at the time of eForm upload/ SRN generation. User shall be required to make the payment within the validity date as per the eChallan.

If the payment is not made within the expiry date as mentioned on the eChallan, the SRN shall be cancelled and no service shall be delivered in respect of the SRN.

Procedure of Payment:

While making payment on MCA21 portal, user will select ‘Pay Later’ option as mode of payment. An eChallan will be generated along with the SRN details.
User shall have to make the payment within the validity period as mentioned in the eChallan.
For making payment, user shall have to login to the MCA21 portal and click on the link ‘Pay Later’ under ‘Services’.
User shall enter the SRN for which payment is to be made and select the mode of payment (Internet banking/ Credit card).
Upon successful payment, payment receipt will be generated and displayed to the user

How can I make the payment if the payment did not make till due date for annual Return filing?

I think the site will not allow once again to file Annual return forms if the payment does not made within due date (under Pay Later option) .In such situation how can I solve that issues?
