There is a person who claim to be a CA but he is not having MN no. Is it so possible that person can act as CA without mn no. Pls pls answer this question.

If he had apllied to membership and he is yet to receive member ship No. from ICAI, he has to prove so. If in contra of above, its illegal and that particular person will be prone to legal action if any one complain to ICAI.
