From when it is mandatory to join IPCC and you can not register for PCC. And from when these course is coming into act. Whts the difference between PCC & IPCC

It is better to join IPCC if you are not registered in PCC
PCC have articleship of 15 months and 3 months leave before exam and syllabus of PCC is less but tedious
and of IPCC there is some final year chapter and 2 or 3 training program
there is no need of training in IPCC the whole training is to be done in final
It is Better to Go for IPCC
