Expenses Paid to Advocate or Reimbursement of expenses to Advocate GST Applicability Reg

We are a domestic company we have paid expenses to Advocate (Apart from Advocate fees) GST Applicable for this or not?and reimbursement of Expenses of Advocate is also GST applicable or not .Kindly Clarify.
