Varun is a Fancy Items dealer.He purchased Granite Tiles of ₹ 125600+CGST ₹17584+SCGST₹17584.He can avail the Inputted credit in his return.

end user is above said receiptnt dealer.He avail this claim.

It's not like that end user can't avail the credit on his input or input services. 

In this case even though dealer is end user but he is using the building for his business. If the govt won't allow the credit on that then cascading effect will occur.
