Expense before start of operation

Sir / Madam, Before starting of operation of a company we have done some expense like Salary, Advertisement, LWF, Website Designing & Rent. Can you please advise in which head these expense need to transfer in year end. If we capitalize these expense then in how many year we can w/o the same. Thanks in advance.
