Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies which trading-related expenses can be claimed as expenditure when filing your Income Tax Return (ITR) for delivery and intraday trades. It confirms that brokerage, service tax, stamp duty, and transaction charges are generally deductible for intraday transactions. For delivery equity trades, STT is not deductible, but other selling-related expenditures can be claimed.

YES, THESE EXPENDITURES ARE DEDUCTIBLE IN INTRADAY SELL TRANSACTIONS.

Thank you. One more doubt.

Are these can be deducted for delivery equity also or only brokerage value as expenditure in ITR?

Brokerage,Service Tax, STT ,StampDuty ,Tran Charges

FOR DELIVERY EQUITY STT IS NOT DEDUCTIBLE.. OTHER SELLS RELATED EXPENDITURES CAN BE DEDUCTED.

Thank you Mr. Durajlal Sir.
