Existing Authorised Capital not Appearing in Form-5

I am in the process of increasing Authorised Share Capital of a private limited company incorporated in Delhi 7-8 months ago from Rs.1.00 lac to Rs.10.00 lacs. In Form No.5, while pre-filling, only name and address of the company is appearing but the existing authorised capital of the company is not appearing. What can be the problem and how to sort it out. Without this I can't proceed further.

The company wants to pay stamp duty and ROC Fee online thru. Challans, and will make payment to authorised bank by way of cheque. For making these payments only one challan is to be generated or two challans are to be generated. What is the procedure for estamping of Form No.5 ?

Please help and guide me as I am doing estamping for the first time.

Thanks

Online payment of stamp duty is mandatory now. When you upload form-5 on mca site you'll get 2 challans. One for stamp duty payment and other for ROC fee. So there is no need to worry.

Regarding your second query kindly check the master date of your company to check correct previous authorised capital. Find below the link to check master data.

Thanks Ankur sir for your quick reply. Company's Master Data on MCA's site shows correct authorised and paid up capital. Now existing authorised capital is correctly reflected in Form No.5 thru. pre-fill. Thanks again.

Theres nothing to worry about if some prefill information is not displayed in any of the form bcoz sometimes due to the server problem of MCA site, these problems happen to occur. So we just need to wait.

If the Prefil button is not working then you may have to check you Acrobat reader as there may be chance that your PDF may have corrupted or otherwise may be a server proble.
