working in a Ferilizers Company, company is also producing duty paid products such as Methanol, nitric Acid, Amm.Nit .Lumps etc.Oil(HPS/FO) is our major input.Sulphur as waste is also occuring from oil before production of urea and other products .Fertilizers is exempted from Excise duty and we are also selling sulphur under chapter 25 with nil rate of duty.May please clarified wthether input tax  credit is admissible on oil from which Sulphur is occuring ass waste.

As some of your products are dutiable, you can take cenvat credit on the inputs used in those products. If any common input is there used both in exempted and dutiable products, separate accounts can be maintained or proportionate credit can be reversed.

Which oil or type of oil you used in production process?

Dear Sir, 

I am First Stage Dealer. i have purchased Material from Manfacturer . now  i am selling material to End User. when i raise the invoice to Our Customer i have mentioned Rate of Duty , Assesable Value & Amount of Duty.  is this Mandatory to Mention Manfacturer name & Address in the Invoice.
