one of my friend having income from salary is orthopedic handicap due to polio and disability percentage is more than 40.. but while feeling form 10 IA there is no option for such disability?
please suggest how to take benefit u/s 80U

Check if A Civil Surgeon or Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of a government hospital, can get you disability certificate under Loco Motor Disability.
