Exemption under section 80 G

We are a NGO with exemption under 80 G granted in 2007. As per the order with us, the exemption was vaild till 31/3/2010. We have been told that under new rules, this exemption is now valid indefinitely ( ie till revoked). Queries are:

1. Is the above assumption correct?

2. What is the reference to this new order?
