Exemption under CS 15 months Training

Hi Sandeep .... U can get exemption after u complete ur articleship & submit ICSI certificate of completion of Articleship... further u can also claim exemption if u worked in Industry for more than 15 months for the same u hv to  provide the certificate form ur employer.

Can u pls mention as to which para of  rules mention about exemption crieteria. Because when I had enquired about exemption on the basis of CA articleship CS inst staff said no to it. So pls tell me the source of ur info..

No, we are not eligible for exemption for CS 15 months straining on the basis of CA articleship, because:

1. CS Regulations Does not accept CA articleship as a exemption criteria;
2. A training of another course CANNOT form as an exemption for CS training;
3. You will be lacking expereince in Secretarial & Legal Matters.
