Hi Dear,

I have attempted for the CA Final exams, the results were announced, G-I passed, but in Gr-II, i have an exemption earlier in IDT which is carried from Nov.08, to the Marks Memo By indicating 'E' immediately beside the marks alloted to the Subject, ie. 62E, now come to the results of june.09. i got another 62 in MICS, But no 'E' was indicated beside the marks alloted. My marks in Gr-II are, 44,62,23,62E.

Here the question is whether i get exemption for MICS also, besides IDT,

Some person says that you will not get exemption, because of the marks alloted to the remaining sub is 23 ie not 30 minimum, is it correct.

Please resolve the problem. thank U

hey same query......frm me also.......instead i gt exemption in cost in nov.08 and nw in mics dis june.........so plz....help us out to figure it........as dere r many doubts.......plzzz...if smone has nething in written........den plzz...provide........cos as per the telephonic confirmation frm d institute dey say...u r allowed to avail d exemption bt as per CA Act.....it is not clearly indicated..........so plz......help us out

the criteria fr 30% in remaining subjects have been withdrawn many years ago.......bt the language of the act says.....".no further exemption in the remaining subjects of the group will be allowed unless the earlier exemption is exhausted"....so plz.......can ne one check dis out , if it is applicable to us....or to the new scheme of finals......
