1. Is there any exemption or deduction limit are available to indian donner given to Section 25 Company incorporated in India. (probably, there is only Section 2(v) of Income tax will be applicable ) kindly suggest whether there any other benefits would be applicable to the donner
2.if foreign entity wanted to put amount in such company, what is the benefits would be entitled to such foreign entity?
