what is the latest ememption notification for 100% RCM on security and man power services with notification number and sl. number to file ST-3 return. (We are Service Receiver)

If you claim any exemption on such service, then need to mention the Exemption notification & sl. no.,
otherwise, you are paying 100% as a service Receiver, not required to give such exemption no.
