Exemption in DT

Dear All,

I Got Exemption in DT (Upon Revaluation), But what needs to be done now ? How to Get it updated in the Exam Form, which i had already filled last month,  Please Get back asap... and how do i get to know what are the revised marks, because it only shows "EXEMPTION IN PAPER-7 DIRECT TAX LAWS" and doesn't show the marks..
