Exemption from IT Return for a new pvt. ltd. company

Dear Sir, I am planning to launch a new pvt. ltd company by may this year with my partner. Can you please let us know whether the government gives any TDS return excemption for a new start up company. How much time will i get before I pay the first TDS to the government. Somebody told me that it is two years time if you are a new company which is given to you to start paying the taxes.
