Dear Sir, I am planning to launch a new pvt. ltd company by may this year with my partner. Can you please let us know whether the government gives any TDS return excemption for a new start up company. How much time will i get before I pay the first TDS to the government. Somebody told me that it is two years time if you are a new company which is given to you to start paying the taxes.

Government does not give any exemption to newly start company. its depend on company if company deduct tds after obtaining TAN than he is liable for TDS Return.
