I am struggling to clear my Final Group - II for the past 4 years. I am planning to appear only two papers and planning to get exemption by this june 2014 exam. Is there any issues behind under board of studies to appear only two papers and getting exemption? If so please share.

ya, you have to attend all the papers in the group in order to be eligible for getting exemption.
also there is no conditon with respect to marks to be required to score. even if you score Zero marks in papers in which you fail, exemption still be valid in the papers in whichn you score 60 marks or above.
