Exemption clarification

Hi,
 
I completed my Inter Group I under 2002 syllabus, hence was asked to write Financial Accounting, Auditing and IDT to complete my Inter.
I wrote the three papers in Dec 2010 but was able to get through IDT only(60 marks).Now, my query is that will the marks obtained in IDT get carried forward if I don't write that paper in June 2011?
