Legal heir can get exemption u/s. 54/54F when he sells the property, but not while procuring it under inheritance!!
if legal heir investing amount under 54EC Then!?
Exemption u/s. 54EC can be availed for any LTCG arrived; but when any property is inherited, no LTCG is arrived.
Yes, he can get this benefit in the year of sell of the property.
