i got exemption in may 08 in accounts paper
in my admit card of nov08 accounts paper is also appearing
should i write accounts again,why again accounts paper is appearing in the admit card

The Time Table appearing in Admit Card is Standard. It will not change for individuals. The institute will take care of the exemption automatically from their records. If you need any further clarification Pls check with the institute

Hi Saritha,
Once you got exemption, it indicates you have the option either to retain this exemption for the next 3 attempts (as per CA Regulations Act) or to withdraw the exemption.
It is deemed to be retained/jcarried forward the exemption, if you should not attended the exempted paper exam within the applicable period (that is, next 3 attempts).
BUT ONCE YOU ATTENDED TO WRITE THAT EXEMPTED PAPER EXAM ALSO(within these 3 attempts period), the exemption which you have got will get cancelled.
IF YOU WANT TO RETAIN/GET CARRIED FORWARD THIS EXEMPTION, PLZ DONT ATTEND THE EXAM ONLY FOR THIS PAPER, AND ATTEND FOR THE REMAINING PAPERS.
The Admit Card is a standard format. In that there wont be any indication that the candidate got exemption in a particular paper. However, ICAI will have all the details regarding of the candidates with regard to this.
