Hi,
Attached are the CS regulations 1982.
Please read Regulations 48, 51 and 52 of the Company Secretaries Regulations, 1982 for eligibility from getting exemption from training. Letter to be drafted showing experience in all areas as envisaged in CS Regulations.
Also attached is the form for making application for exemption from training.
