I cleared my PE2 group2 in first attempt but i am not yet able to clear group1.I haven't cleared it in 3rd attempt.My marks for previous 3 attemts are as below:

attempt1:Acc:52,  Aud:37  ,Law:51

attempt2:Acc:50,  Aud:48  ,Law:46

attempt3:Acc52,  Aud:41  ,Law:48

Will anyone guide me regarding what steps should i take to clear this group?

You seems to lag in Audit which is a scoring paper. Study the CA Material and try to get suggested answers for the last 5 years which will give a fair idea of the quality and pattern of answers required by the institute. Just qury your branch and see if you can get hold of oneof those. No need to study from any other book. The Company Audit chapters are very important and should be studied throughly.
