hello freinds,

i need to know that if we are having exemption under cst act then do we have sumbit nay forms for that????...

this depend upon the product listed in the act u vh not mentioned the product name

I dont think there is any exemption under CST Act, perhaps u are talking about state exemption of CST. You will have to issue "C" form, in case of purhase during interstate trade & commerce. As regrads sale in course of inter state trade & commerce is concerned, as per act, you should obtain C Forms.
As we know, CST is charged at higher rate(subject to few items havuing lower VAT rates .......) if dealers fails to obtain C forms. If u are availing unlimited exemption, you are not going to incurr any loss due to your failure in getting C forms. But, if your exemption is having some limits, while calculating your notional tax liability, CST may be calculated at a higher rate.

its a packing materials for which i m exempted under cst act.do i need any form for this????

I can not get your question.. it is confusing.... Under which section of CST Act.. you are exempted? Please resubmit your query with details- so that proper discussion can be made thereon.

for sales

suppose i am the seller and am issuin the sale invoice to the buyer who has issued C form..so is there any exceptions in such case where CST is not applicable/nil.?

Is silvassa exempted from the payment of CST/VAT even if there is interstate sale and C form is issued?
