Mr.A is a Executive director in xyz company. Can he digitally sign the forms like 20B,23AC,23ACA and all other forms. Or does he have any limitations in signing these forms?

According to me any Director can be signed but he must be authorized by the Board to signed that.
YES I DO AGREE. THERE IS NO LIMITATION ON THE POWER OF THE DIRECTOR IN EXECUTIVE CAPACITY IF HE IS DULY AUTHORIZED. CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG.
