What do u mean by Executive Director?
as u all know that now the service of Directors service who are not employee of the company are covers under the Service Tax.
in this respect I would like to say one question about it.
If one person is MD in X Ltd., only Executive Director in Y Ltd. then He could be Executive Director in Z LTd.?
My question is that a person can be executive director in two companies at a same time?
In my definition executive means a person who is full time employment of company it includes MD & WTD.
So I can take position as executive director holding position other than MD & WTD in two companies at a time?
