this notification is not applicable for nov 2013.
hire purchase will be there in topic
according to Parveen Jindal well known teacher in accounts
also the notification has not any effective date
wait for the further notification by ICAI till then hire purchase will be a chapter for nov 2013
Hp is not applicable for Nov 2013 exams...notification updated on 26th August. The notification says, "the exclusion of methods comes into force with immediate effect"
